I signed into my premium account, but when I go to check alerts marked with a "P", it does not let me view my alert but takes me to the Premium page. I have posted twice about this but I have not received a satisfactory answer. Again, I am not signed in to a "free" account, I am ...

When I try to view an entry in my notifications, it takes me to the Premium page as if it wants me to sign up. I therefore cannot access my individual notifications.
