Need some help with this one. The daughter of Joseph Furster, Felicite appears to be having a child, Marie Elisabeth Fux? Nov 16, 1825. Jose is married to a Marie Claire Helffer but in 1816 so Felicite is from another marriage or a another woman. This birth cover two pages, and if someone could summarize not translate word for word it would be appreciated. Who is the father?

This act of october 1825, is a judgment of the court to establish a birth certificate of Félicitée Furster who had not been registered in the registers of the time because of the troubles related to the revolution.
Félicitée need this birth certificate to be able to get married.

She was born on October 5, 1793 in Benfeld , daughter of Michel Furster and Catherine Scheck
Her brother, Joseph Furster, tailor of clothing, domiciled in Obernay, was supposed to be there to testify, but he is not present. Despite this, the birth certificate is still established.

The child Marie Elisabeth Fux is registered 16th Nov 1825, illegitimate daughter of Salome Fux, no father named. This is on the same page of the register but I don't see any relation to Felicite Furster.
