Read mu post again! I don't want to change my name. I want Geneanet to stop confusing MY account and my DNA with that of anyone else! To continue to confuse accounts like you're doing to mine is not only a disservice to me, it is a disservice to everyone else who gets a false match from your website.

I'd like to get this confusion cleared up, but Geneanet has carefully protected themselves from the customer and his/her problems with the site. I don't fully understand your problem.

Your DNA kit can only be linked to someone on your tree. If it is linked to the wrong person, go to https://en.geneanet.org/dna/manage/ and click "Edit information" to link it to another individual.

As for search results, it's normal to have people with the same or similar name appear as potential matches.

Dear customer service, I have, for some reason, numerous accounts? I suppose it’s due to my age? However, could you sort me out please? Can you remove the accounts that are not premium accounts and live ONE PREMIUM ACCOUNT and let me know which account that will be available for me to access please? I read every single one of your comments and still don't see the problem.

If I search "Blaine NAY" on Geneanet, I will find you and 2 other people who happen to share the same name. The same thing happens when you read the phone book or any other directory where multiple people share the same name. Geneanet does not have you confused or merged with anyone else.

I am trying to find out how to reach a customer service rep bc it looks like I've been billed twice for this service. WHY is it sooo hard to contact anyone?! There is nowhere to call or chat. Can someone help me with contacting someone in billing? Thank you.

I did confuse this with another site that I belong to! Thank you.

The account you're using to write on the forum is a free account, so you haven't paid anything for your lvfamhist account.

When you pay for a subscription, you receive a confirmation email, look at the bottom of this email: what username is indicated?

Incidentally, how much have you been billed?
