Cancel my subscription

I don’t want to use this site anymore. How do I stop any future payments? My current one ends 10/1/2019.

Payments are not processed automatically. Your subscription will not be renewed when it ends.

Your Premium subscription will expire on October 01, 2019 and you will have nothing to pay after this date.
Just ignore the reminders you will receive.

Hello,

If you have a one or two-year subscription, it will end automatically, just ignore the reminders.

If you have a three-month subscription, go to this page:

https://en.geneanet.org/privilege/history

In the purple stripe at the top, just click "End automatic renewal" and you're done.
