Hi,

I am a new user (joined yesterday), but I am having a problem importing my tree to this site.

I have exported the GEDCOM file from Ancestry.co.uk, but when I go through the import process on here, a screen pops up which gives me options about privacy, but when I select one of the options and click continue, it just remains stuck, as if nothing is happening?

Please can someone advise what to do?

Hi again,

I am not sure what the problem was, but it appears to have imported and is now working.
