I'm trying to change out my billing information for my renewal. I can't find this anywhere nor can I find a number to call to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :D

It's not possible to change the bank details. You must cancel the automatic renewal and you will be asked for your new bank details when you will manually renew.

Please go to https://en.geneanet.org/privilege/history then click "Cancel the automatic renewal" to cancel the automatic renewal of your Premium subscription​.
