I followed the directions for cancelling my account but when I got to the page to do it, CANCEL was not an option . I want to cancel immediately!

You do not have a subscription, to delete your account, first delete your tree here:

https://my.geneanet.org/arbre/delete.php

Then click "Delete Account" at the bottom left of this page:

https://en.geneanet.org/mon_compte
