Failed DNA uploads

Hi, I've tried to upload one of the FTDNA kits that I manage 4 times tonight, with the same error message each time. Is your site down at the moment? I downloaded the build 37 concatenated file and uploaded it without unzipping it. Why isn't it working?

I followed your instructions on your help pages and downloaded the concatenated file which has _Chrom_Autoso_ in the file name (which I haven't altered but haven't included the full file name in this comment). I didn't unzip it. It's either an issue with FTDNA or with Geneanet because I've successfully uploaded two other kits in the past. Thanks.

The technicians are working on it and I'll come back to you as soon as it is fixed.

There's a problem with the zip file format from FTDNA since some days and the technicians are working on it.

Please unzip your DNA raw file then import it to Geneanet at https://en.geneanet.org/dna/upload/

It should work!
