Research on Catherine Lagofin the spouse of my great grand father

I have for some years now been creating my family tree and I am now having difficulty to see the date of birth of catherine lagofin from Saumur maine et loire france,details of her as follows:

Father nicolas lagofin greffier a la ville de saumur born on 14 october 1718 died on 15 february 1759,
married to catherine nau on27 november 1742 at notre dame de nantilly saumur maine et loire.
husband of catherine lagofin ..augustin grenouilleau marrried on 27 july 1762 at saumur maine et loire..
her sisters were born on 25 july 1745 and 6 september 1746 and a brother born on 20 july 1749.

It could be that her mother was not in saumur when she was born and some news say she was born in 1742 or 1743?
