@rjlyles: When you subscribed to Geneanet Premium in May 2020, it was clearly said that renewal is automatic and that you can cancel the automatic renewal at any time, as you can see at https://en.geneanet.org/premium/payment/
You also received an email saying that renewal is automatic.

The automatic renewal of your Premium subscription has now been cancelled.

Your Premium subscription will expire on November 2, 2020, and you will not be charged after this date.
Just ignore the reminders you will receive.

This does NOT work. I’ve clicked the link and there is NO delete button. This is a scam and a con. You make it deliberately difficult to cancel subscription. Grrrr.

If you have a one or two-year subscription, it will end automatically, just ignore the reminders.

If you have a three-month subscription, go to this page:

In the purple stripe at the top, just click "End automatic renewal" and you're done ;)
